I had a similar problem with one of the other reviews here. HP does not use my laptop because of "customer-related injuries, as was clearly no. There's a reason they are dead last in all surveys of customer service. God forbid, if you really need services. Among the negotiation with the people in India (as most barely speaks English) to zero warranty support, take your money elsewhere. HP is the worst service experience I ever had.
